We're agnostic on principle: frontier models where the ceiling matters, open weights where control does. We re-test constantly because the answer changes every quarter, and whatever wins in production stays.

You take the whole problem and make your own plan.
You know what your system costs and whether it earns its keep. A demo doesn't move you.
We're paid on what we save the client, and we split it. You should want the cut, not just the salary.
You hold your opinions hard and drop them the moment the facts move. Curiosity over being right. If you've never said “I was wrong” and felt fine about it, this will hurt.
Feedback here is direct and unsoftened, and the people who do best ask for more of it. If you need to be read between the lines, you'll be waiting a while.
