We sit with the people who do the work until we can do it ourselves.
We move in and learn the process from the inside: the exceptions, the workarounds, the unwritten rules, the forms nobody reads. Then we rebuild it as software and run it inside the client's walls for as long as it saves money. The data never leaves.
a handful — The clients
A handful of leaders in construction, retail, and education have opened their operations to us, because our fee only exists if the savings do. Right now they're the ones waiting on us.
The client pays a base fee, plus a percentage of the savings we prove. Most of our money is in the percentage — we only do well when the client does.
Consultants work from a deck. We get logins and a desk on their floor, the access it takes to actually change how the work gets done.
We build the system, then operate it inside the client's business for years. Anyone can write the software now. Running it well is what's worth paying for.
A claims queue is not a stockroom is not a classroom. Three industries, three different machines. The work never repeats.
نجم — The name
Najm is Arabic for star. Before there were roads here, navigators crossed the desert by stars — fixed points that hold still while everything else moves.
That's what we hire for. A few people bright enough to be steered by. Inside a client, each of us is the fixed point an engagement sets its course by. And a constellation has no hierarchy: every star in it is visible, and each one is known on its own.
