1. Who is responsible
NAIJM APPLIED ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE L.L.C is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. You can find our registration and addresses on the company information page and contact us at [email protected].
2. When you enquire about working with us
We collect the email address and answers you enter in the enquiry form, including your name, company, business priorities, description of the work and timing, where provided.
Your email and answers are saved as you go. We may contact you about your enquiry even if you leave before finishing the form. This is explained beside the email field. We use the details to understand your request, respond and arrange any next steps. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.
3. When you apply to join Naijm
We collect your contact details, location, role preferences, relocation preferences, work examples and application answers. You may provide a written or video introduction. A video can contain your image and voice; camera and microphone access require your permission.
Unsubmitted application answers and video drafts stay in your browser on that device. They are sent to our server when you choose to submit. We use submitted information to review your application and contact you about it. Application videos are private and are not published on the website.
People review applications. This website does not automatically rank candidates or make hiring decisions.
4. How we use and share information
We use information to respond to requests, review applications, operate and protect the website, and meet applicable legal obligations. Where we ask for consent, you can withdraw it by contacting us. Where the law allows processing without consent, such as steps requested before a contract or a legal obligation, we use the relevant basis.
Access is limited to people who need the information for these purposes. Providers supporting our hosting, storage and email delivery may process it on our behalf. We use Resend for enquiry notification emails. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to protect legal rights.
Service providers may process information outside the United Arab Emirates or your country. Applicable data protection requirements govern those transfers. We do not sell your personal information.
5. How long information is kept
The website’s standard retention periods are:
- Enquiry records: 90 days after the last saved update.
- Submitted applications and their videos: 180 days after submission.
- Application drafts on your device: expire seven days after the last saved update and are cleared when next accessed. You can also delete a draft or clear this site’s browser storage yourself.
- Uploads not attached to a submitted application: expire after 24 hours.
Expired server records are removed during routine service cleanup. Email correspondence, provider records and backups have separate retention cycles. Where an enquiry becomes a client relationship, or an application leads to employment, necessary records may be retained for that relationship and any applicable legal requirements. Contact us if you want your information removed sooner.
6. Cookies and browser storage
We use essential session cookies to secure forms, associate submissions with your browser and prevent abuse. These sessions expire after 30 days. Application drafts are stored in your browser so you can return to them on the same device. Interface preferences may also be kept for the current browsing session.
This website does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party audience analytics. Hosting systems may record technical request information to operate the service and investigate errors or abuse. Blocking essential storage can prevent forms or draft recovery from working.
7. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you can request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate details, deletion, a copy of your information, or a restriction of processing. You can also withdraw consent where our processing depends on it. Withdrawing consent does not invalidate processing that took place before withdrawal.
Write to [email protected] with your request. We may ask for information needed to verify that it concerns your own records. If you no longer want us to follow up on an unfinished enquiry, tell us at the same address.
Please share only information needed for your enquiry or application, and avoid sending sensitive documents, credentials or private information about other people.
8. Changes to this notice
We will update this page when our website’s handling of information changes. The date at the top shows when the notice was last revised.
